Saturday, May 16th 10:00am - 12:00pm PST Spiritual Awakening Workshop ~ In Overeaters Anonymous, we learn that it’s not just about food. As our literature explains, we need a spiritual awakening to stop our addiction and to stay stopped. Without that awakening, the first bump in the road can send us back to the food. ~ OA90 Virtual Intergroup
Saturday, May 16th 11:00am - 12:00pm PST Recovery Talks: OA Taught Me to Handle Abstinence ~ All who have a desire to stop eating compulsively are welcome to attend this virtual speaker meeting focused on the topic of abstinence.A speaker will share their experience, strength, and hope, followed by time for questions and open sharing. ~ Central Ontario Intergroup
